General information

The Registrar's Office will support you throughout your entire student life. From the application (international students should contact the IZC directly during the application process), through enrollment and leave of absence to exmatriculation. We are also available to help you with questions about semester fees and the preparation of certificates.

If you have any questions about examinations, AFB, final documents, etc., please contact the Examinations Office directly.

Documents that cannot be submitted as PDF files by e-mail can be sent by post or posted in the letterbox to the left of the Examinations Office door.

Dear students,
since 12/2022, leave of absence and de-registration as well as changes to contact details can be applied for online in the new study portal at https://tuc.hispro.de. Please continue to submit all other applications as PDF files by email or post. These are still available on the website (Applications/Forms).

Study portal / Change address

You can log in to the new study portal (link) with your RZ access data and download the certificate of enrolment and/or notifications there. You can also update your address details.

Certificates

As long as you are still enrolled, you can download your study certificate from the study portal at any time. This also serves as proof according to § 9 BaföG. As soon as you are de-registered, the certificate of enrollment becomes the de-registration certificate. You will be able to log in to the study portal for approximately two months after exmatriculation.

If you need a certificate of exmatriculation again at a later date, please send us an e-mail stating your full name, date of birth and current address.

We will be happy to provide you with a pension certificate. Please send us an e-mail with your full name and, if applicable, your maiden name, date of birth and current address.
