The Studium generale is the responsibility of the Vice President for Studies and Teaching.

The Studium generale comprises lectures of general interest. Participation is free of charge.

The language coursesare free of charge for all students, members and affiliates of the university.

Registration is not required.

A certificate of attendanceis issued after successful participation.

The lectures are held both by professors from Clausthal University of Technology and by external lecturers.
