If you have already been admitted to a doctorate at the faculty, please apply via the online portal in order to be enrolled as a student in terms of status.

Please enclose the letter of admission from the faculty and a simple copy of your Master's certificate with your application.

As soon as the admission has been implemented in the portal, please accept it and apply for enrolment.

Please send the following documents with your application for enrollment:

• Certificate of exmatriculation from your last university
• Simple copies of your graduation documents (simple copies are sufficient here because you have already submitted certified copies to the faculty)
• Copy of an identity document
• Curriculum vitae

Once enrolment has been completed, the access data for your RZ account will be sent to the email address you provided during the application process and the certificate of enrolment and TUCard will be sent to you by post.
