Transfer (admission/termination of a degree program)

Applications for admission to a further degree program and/or termination of a degree program can be submitted during the re-registration period by 30.04. and 31.10. of each year at the latest for the coming semester.

When applying for admission to another degree program, a simple copy of a subject-specific or foreign university entrance qualification must be enclosed with the application.

If you are transferring to another Master's degree program, please submit a simple copy of the transcript of records or certificate from your Bachelor's degree program. Please note that in most cases the admissions committee decides on admission to Master's degree programs and this takes more time. Therefore, please submit these applications as early as possible. If you have not yet successfully completed your Bachelor's degree program, please submit an application for early enrollment in a continuing Master's degree program.
