Application for early enrollment in an advanced Master's degree program

You generally have the opportunity to complete up to 24 credit points as early Master's credits during your Bachelor's degree.

If you have earned a total of 150 credit points, you can enrol in the Master's degree program early. If you also meet the subject-specific requirements for enrolment, you will be enrolled on the Master's degree course (subject to conditions, if applicable). A re-registration block for the third semester is generally set when the system is implemented - this means that you must have completed your Bachelor's degree within two semesters. If you have not completed your Bachelor's degree by the end of the re-registration period for the third semester, the Master's degree program will be officially terminated at the end of the semester. You will then only be able to resume your studies after completing your Bachelor's degree (application must be submitted by 30.04. or 31.10.). The credits earned in the Master's program will not be lost; you will continue the Master's program in the third semester upon resumption. Please note that the option of early enrollment can only be used once during your studies and the corresponding application must be submitted in full (current transcript of records, proof of language level if applicable) within the above-mentioned deadlines.

Please note that in most cases, the admission committee decides on admission to Master's degree programs and this takes more time. Therefore, please submit these applications as early as possible.
