Every employer is obliged to appoint an inclusion officer in accordance with Section 181 of the German Social Code (SGB) IX. The task of the inclusion officer is to represent the employer in matters relating to severely disabled people.
The inclusion officer primarily ensures that the employer's obligations are fulfilled.
