Exam periods
In principle, the following regulations apply:
Winter semester:
1st examination period: Mon-Fri last week of lectures exclusively for examinations on the last regular day of lectures
2nd examination period: Saturday of the last week of lectures until March 31st. Exam period: Saturday of the last week of lectures until 31.03.
Summer semester:
1st exam period: Mon-Fri last week of lectures exclusively for exams on the last regular day of lectures
2nd exam period: beginning on Saturday of the last week of lectures until March 31st Exam period: starting on the Saturday of the last week of lectures 3 weeks
Exam-free period: 2 weeks
3. Exam period: After the exam-free period until 30.09.
Notes
The exam dates are updated regularly (please note the next update date).
All examinations, including those that are also written as certificates (Scheine/PLN/WPLN), must be registered via the online study portal (NOT via StudIP) or the examination office!
If an examination date is postponed by the institute, all registrations already made will be transferred to the new examination date. A new registration is NOT necessary!
Please enquire about missing times or exact room allocations directly at the institutes / via StudIP!
For online registrations and deregistrations, please print out the "Information on registered examinations" and keep it with your documents!
Important:
Oralexaminations must also be registered online .
However, you will only be admitted if you send the specific date to the Examinations Office (your clerk)by e-mail, stating your name/degree program/matriculation number/examination/examiner/specific date WITHIN THE DEADLINE .
Please inform the Examinations Office - Ms. Lenk - by e-mail about missing exam dates / overlaps according to the model study plans.
