Summer Semester 2026

Exam period: April 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026

The following exceptions apply to oral exams and written exams:

Oral exams: June 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026

Final colloquia for theses must also be held by September 30, 2026, for the summer semester of 2026.

Exam periods: 

1st exam period: July 13, 2026 – July 17, 2026
; written exams only on the last regular lecture day of the final lecture week
. End of courses: July 18, 2026
. 2nd Exam period: July 18, 2026 – August 8, 2026
Exam-free period: August 10, 2026 – August 23, 2026
3. Exam period: August 24, 2026 – September 30, 2026
 

Pentecost holidays (long weekend) in Lower Saxony: May 15, 2026 (after Ascension Day)
May 26, 2026 (after Whit Monday)
Summer break in Lower Saxony: July 2, 2026 – August 12, 2026

Please use this form to register for make-up or supplementary exams. This form must be used to meet the deadline even in the event of technical issues. It should not be used if you do not have a TAN number. New TAN numbers must be requested via email to @.pruefungsamttu-clausthalde by the deadline!
