• Student Seminars Visit Clausthal University of Technology for a weekend and get specific information about a certain study program. Within the framework of the student seminars, you have the opportunity not only to learn in lectures what a particular course of study is all about, but to get to know a subject area in a very practical way.
• Student seminar on computer science The student seminar on computer science will take place on April 22 and 23, 2023. The event is aimed at students in 10th grade and above. In a varied program of lectures, hands-on workshops and the realization of your own projects, you can find out how computer science studies are structured, in which professions computer science skills are required today and what the study location Clausthal-Zellerfeld has to offer you.
• Science-4-Girls The Clausthal University of Technology offers numerous interesting opportunities especially for female students to find out about studying in Clausthal and the scientific and technical courses offered here.
• 7th International Clausthal Chemistry Workshop In cooperation with the Robert Koch School, Clausthal University of Technology offers a one-week chemistry workshop aimed at English-speaking high school students (primarily grade 12). In addition to practicals and experiments as well as information and show lectures, the workshop also includes an extensive supporting program.

• Student labs Visit the laboratories of the chemistry institutes of the TU Clausthal together with your students and use the technical equipment of the university for interesting experiments.
• TUConnect Once a year the institutes of the TU Clausthal open their doors for interested students. The next university information day will take place on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. On this day, a visit program tailored to individual interests will be offered with many activities and experiments as well as an information fair.

• Teacher training The state of research is constantly evolving, so we offer teachers the opportunity to keep up with the latest developments and learn about exciting new aspects that can also be discussed in the classroom.
• Flying Science Circus The Flying Science Circus of the Clausthal University of Technology will be happy to visit your school with a number of scientists who will demonstrate interesting experiments directly on site, which are not possible with the technical equipment of a school, and show what practical significance the respective topics have.

Clausthal University of Technology has been organizing the Lower Saxony state competition Jugend forscht since 1981. We also offer preparatory seminars for the International Chemistry Olympiad.
