Online exam registration process

All students have access to the online examination system.

The following functions are provided in this system:

  • Registering for and deregistering from exams and retrieving registration status.
  • Viewing exam results
  • Change of address
  • Printing of performance overviews and a current certificate of study

Log in at the Study portal with your access data in order to use the following functions.

You have already received your access data (RZ ID and password) and a TAN list with your enrollment documents. If you have misplaced or lost your TAN list, please contact the Examinations Office immediately by e-mail. You can reach the Examination Office at The Examinations Office will take care of replacing your TAN list and will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note: Due to system changes in April/May and October/November, you may not be able to register for exams online in time. In this case, please register in writing with the following Registration form in order to meet the registration deadlines.

After registering for your examinations, please always create a printout of your registered examinations (menu item: "My functions" -> "Info about registered examinations"), which you can present to the Examination Office can present it on request.
