General information
The Student Secretariat takes care of you throughout your entire student life. From application (foreign students please contact the IZC directly during the application process), to enrollment and leave of absence, to exmatriculation. Furthermore, we are at your disposal for questions regarding semester fees and the preparation of certificates.
If you have questions about exams, AFB, final documents, etc., please contact the Examinations Office directly.
Documents that cannot be submitted as PDF files via e-mail can be sent by mail or dropped in the mailbox to the left of the Examination Office door.

Study portal / change address
You can log in to the study portal with your RZ access data and there you can not only download certificates (performance overview, certificate of study...), but also change your address data. Please always keep them up to date.
Certificates
As long as you are still enrolled, you can download your certificate of study from the study portal at any time. This also serves as proof according to § 9 BaföG. As soon as you are exmatriculated, the certificate of study becomes a certificate of exmatriculation. You will still be able to log in to the study portal for approximately two months after exmatriculation.
If you need an exmatriculation certificate again at a later date, please send us an e-mail stating your full name, date of birth and current address.
We will be happy to provide you with a pension certificate. For this purpose, please send us an e-mail with your full name and, if applicable, name at birth, as well as your date of birth and current address.
