Technician, business administrator or master craftsman

In Lower Saxony, certain vocational training qualifications entitle the holder to study at all types of higher education institutions, regardless of the subject area. The entitlement is not limited in time and is stipulated by law. This means that anyone who has completed a master craftsman's certificate, for example, can continue to study any subject they wish even after years of professional life.
