Promotion

If you have already been admitted to the doctoral program at the faculty, please apply via the online portal in order to be enrolled as a student in terms of status as well.

Please attach the admission letter of the faculty and a simple copy of your master's degree certificate to the application.

Once the admission has been implemented in the portal, please accept it and apply for enrollment.

Together with the application for enrollment please send the following documents:

• Exmatriculation certificate from your last university
• Simple copies of your graduation documents (simple copies are sufficient here because you have already submitted certified copies to the faculty)
• Copy of an identification document
• Curriculum vitae

Once your enrollment has been completed, the access data for your RZ account will be sent to the email address you provided during the application process, along with your certificate of enrollment and TUCard by mail.
