- Contact person for all examination-related matters of the study programs of the Study Commission Mechanical Engineering and Process Engineering (study programs according to responsibilities);
- Advice in all examination matters
- Admissions as well as deregistration to/from examinations (if online registration and deregistration does not work)
- Issue of BAföG performance certificates and prognosis certificates
- Issuance of final documents (as well as preparation of certified copies for which a fee is charged)
- Coordination of examination regulations/implementation regulations
- Recognition and transfer of examination results
- Maintenance of examination files
