Strategic planning
The Strategic Planning staff unit reports directly to the President. It fulfills the following core tasks:
- Advising the President on university planning issues
- Contact person for the MWK on content-related and organizational issues in connection with university planning
- Compiling and preparing comprehensive, planning-relevant data
- Supporting the President in the development of concepts
- Preparation and coordination of the President's projects, including the development and/or provision of materials
- Departmental coordination
