Reporting a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 infection (for students of TU Clausthal)

To assist local health authorities in identifying and locating potential COVID-19 outbreaks at Clausthal University of Technology, students are asked to voluntarily notify the university when a rapid test or a PCR test is positive.

Our web form offers you the possibility to report the information to the university in a data protection compliant way. We ask you to provide the data as complete as possible.

A graphical representation of the reporting process can be found here.

Communication between our content management system (CMS/website) and the recipient takes place within the university via a secure connection. No data is stored in the CMS itself.

Important: If you do not use this form, you are required to report your positive rapid test or positive PCR test to the health authorities (Gesundheitsamt Goslar) yourself. If you report with the form, no further notification of the health authorities is required on your part.

Please note that if you have a positive rapid test or a positive PCR test, you are not allowed to enter the buildings of Clausthal University.
